Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of dunavero.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by YUNHAI KUAJING TRADE CO., LIMITED ("Dunavero", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong SAR with its registered office at 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong SAR.

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is your own or that you have permission to use it.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display. Bead patterns are worked by hand, so small variations between individual collars are normal and are not defects.

All sizes are stated as a fitted neck range in inches. Please measure your dog's neck before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your region displays another currency, and are exclusive of import duties and taxes (see our Shipping Policy). We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and paid for.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is a request to buy; a contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation by us

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timeframes, costs and customs treatment are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return an item and how refunds are handled are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

6. Product safety and proper use

Our collars are everyday walking and identification collars for dogs. They are not designed for tethering, tie-outs, restraint of a dog left unattended, or any use where a dog could take its full weight against the collar without supervision. Check the collar and its hardware regularly for wear and replace it if you find damage. We are not responsible for injury or loss arising from use outside what the product is intended for.

7. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content for a competing commercial purpose, or to submit false information at checkout.

8. Intellectual property

The Dunavero name, the site design, our written product copy and our own photography are our property or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
