Shipping Policy

Orders on dunavero.com are fulfilled by YUNHAI KUAJING TRADE CO., LIMITED, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong SAR.

Processing time

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Hong Kong fulfilment centre within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery options and costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Current options:

Transit times are the carrier's estimates and start from the day of dispatch, not the day you order. They are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time, and we have no control over any of these.

Where we ship

We ship to Hong Kong SAR and to most countries worldwide. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Tracking your order

Tracking numbers are emailed on dispatch and can take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier's website. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email info@dunavero.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Prices shown at checkout do not include import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees. Where these apply, they are charged by your country's customs authority and are your responsibility as the importer. We cannot predict the amount and we cannot refund it. Parcels refused at customs and returned to us are refunded less the outbound shipping cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We dispatch to the address you enter at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and can re-send it once you have paid the new shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email info@dunavero.com with your order number and, for damage, photos. We will open a claim with the carrier and either replace or refund your order.
