1. Using the Website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or the necessary authorization from a parent, guardian, or other authorized person.

Do not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use stolen payment details.

2. Product Information

Check the product description, calendar year, selected option, quantity, and package contents before checkout. A bundle includes only the items stated for that option.

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. These normal display differences do not change our obligation to supply products that match their description. Styling props are not included unless expressly listed.

3. Plantable Seed Paper

Follow the seed information and planting instructions supplied with your calendar. A card’s illustration does not necessarily identify the seeds embedded in it.

Germination and growth depend on seed variety, storage, soil, moisture, light, temperature, and other growing conditions. We do not promise that every seed will germinate or flower within a fixed period.

This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty or not as described. For general guidance, visit How to Plant.

4. Prices & Payment

Review the currency, item prices, discounts, shipping charges, and any taxes shown at checkout before completing your purchase. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

You must be authorized to use your selected payment method. Payment providers may perform verification or security checks. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-receipt email acknowledges that we have received it. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, the purchase agreement is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may be unable to fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, a material listing error, or a payment or security issue. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cannot accept.

If a material error affects your order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any proposed correction, rather than charge a different amount without your permission. Accepted orders remain subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates, where provided, are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Processing and transit are separate stages.

Provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. International seed-paper shipments may be affected by destination-specific import requirements. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our voluntary 180-day return offer is subject to the conditions explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. It is separate from any statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Contact us promptly to request an order change, cancellation, return, or help with an item. Your statutory rights do not depend on obtaining our discretionary approval.

8. Promotions

Promotions may have stated eligibility requirements, dates, minimum purchase amounts, or exclusions. Review the offer and confirm that the expected discount appears before paying.

Any offer-specific conditions apply alongside these terms. A promotion does not remove your statutory rights or the rights attached to your accepted purchase.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, images, and other content belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and use its information for personal shopping purposes.

Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate permission, except where applicable law permits the use.

10. Messages & Feedback

Information you submit must not be unlawful, knowingly misleading, abusive, or infringe another person’s rights. Share only information you are authorized to provide.

Sending us a support message does not automatically authorize us to publish your personal information, photographs, or comments as marketing material. We will seek appropriate permission where needed.

11. Privacy & External Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Using this website does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing cookies.

External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them when using those services. This does not remove our responsibilities for services we provide as part of your purchase.

12. Service Availability & Responsibility

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to address issues affecting our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

13. Changes & Interpretation

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future purchases. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. They do not retrospectively change an existing purchase agreement without a lawful basis and any consent required.

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

14. Questions & Disputes

Please contact us with any concern about your purchase so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using available legal remedies, contacting a consumer authority, or bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
